We boil our sap within hours of collection, capturing the freshest possible expression of what nature gave us that day. We taste every batch. We never blend. Batches that don't meet our standard are sold to other producers — they bottle them, and these are the labels you see competing with each other on store shelves. This is by far the best Maple Syrup I have tasted anywhere.
I used be a Chef with a premium Breakfast Company in Western Canada, and the Chef/Owner was an amazing guy who was obsessed with finding the best ingredients, especially the pillar products.
As we opened more locations, we tested Maple Syrups all across Canada, and the US.
But honestly. Your Dark Organic would crush any of them !
So, I definitely want to serve it at our new Brunch Spot in Thornbury.
And I also would like to look at a retail program so we can sell it in our Grab & Go section at the front door.
I will speak to our Owner on Monday, and will try to get our first order placed with you.
Seriously, whatever you are doing, I would love to see the operation, it’s beautiful Maple Syrup.

This has got to be the best maple syrup I have ever had. In fact I hadn't known about it until I sold some motorcycle parts to an individual in Canada. He had me middle some parts for him, in return I could either get $20 or a bottle of this maple syrup. Me being a lover of food decided to go with the maple syrup. Two weeks later Im buying my own bottle and paying close to $60 all said and done to get this fine product to my house. 10/10 would recommend to a frienda
