Maple Butter is non-dairy — it has nothing to do with butter except that it's spreadable. And it is, quite frankly, WAY better on your toast in the morning.

Rich heats our maple syrup well above the boiling point, super-cools it, and whips it into a smooth, silky, spreadable consistency. The result is pure maple — no additives, nothing but the concentrated essence of the Escarpment.

Great in baking, on cupcakes, in coffee, and — quite frankly — right out of the jar with a spoon.
