This is the top 1% of our crop as judged by our expert tasting panel.
About once per season everything aligns and we get a syrup that we certify as the ‘Founder’s Select’. This syrup, we believe, is the top expression of not only Beaver Valley Maple, but also what a quality syrup anywhere should taste like. It’s different every year but expect that rare combination of vanilla, butterscotch, and caramel with the overriding sweetness of maple.
Storage: Up to 2 years in a pantry - 8 to 12 months once opened. Keep refrigerated after opening.

I absolutely love this maple syrup. It’s the only brand I buy. The flavour is spot on, rich, authentic, and exactly what real Canadian maple syrup should taste like. You can tell it’s not mass produced. It has that deep, natural sweetness that other store brands just don’t come close to.
I use it for everything, from pancakes to cooking and even adding a touch to recipes, and it never disappoints. I’ve tried other at home brands, but they either lack the same flavour profile or cost the same or more without delivering the same quality.
For me, there’s no comparison. This is the only maple syrup I’ll keep in my kitchen.

I was lucky to come across this gem on while on tour and I’ve never been able to enjoy another maple syrup because Beaver Valley has everyone beat. I never knew I cared so much about syrup until I found BV.
