The official launch of this product was in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Mark served the tastings at the first hour — and watched as 80% of every customer who tasted it reached for a bottle. It sold out within hours.

This is our maple syrup aged in used bourbon whiskey barrels. The maple absorbs the warm, oaky character of the barrel — a depth that is impossible to achieve any other way. Reheated and filtered, there is little to no residual alcohol in the final product.

The result is a complex, layered syrup with notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and caramel. Exceptional on pancakes. Extraordinary in an Old Fashioned.
